MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Minimums are listed below (or feel free to contact us with any special flexibility requests):
Sea Love Bottles: 12 (can mix styles & sea glass colors)
Necklaces: 12 (mixed colors - depending on availability)
Bracelets: 12 (mixed colors - depending on availability)
Mobiles: Contact us for availability
After approval, orders may be submitted via emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Payment may be made via PayPal or credit card through our Etsy Shop. Payment is due upon purchase. We will wait up to 24 hours for PayPal payments. If the payment is not received after 24 hours, the order will be cancelled. All payments are processed at the time of shipment.
TURNAROUND & SHIPPING
Our standard turnaround time is 4 to 6 weeks. All shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment. Domestic and International orders ship via USPS Priority mail because we love our local post office! Please notify us for any time-sensitive orders or specific shipping instructions so that we may work with you to provide options. All duties and customs fees accumulated are the responsibility of retailers. Orders ship from Hawai'i.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
All cancellations must be made in writing within 48 hours of placing your order. A full refund will be issued for cancelled orders up to 48 hours after order placement. Refunds will not be issued after this period. Returns are accepted if items are received are damaged during shipment. Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. All items must be returned in original packaging.
DISPLAY & PACKAGING
All Sea & Glass products must be displayed in their original packaging.
